Cancelling
You can cancel through bingy in one message. Each provider sets its own cancellation window, shown before you confirm.
Refunds
Where a payment was held and the booking is cancelled within the allowed window, the hold is released and you are not charged. Provider-specific deposits may apply.
Disputes
If a provider cancels on you or a service isn’t delivered as described, contact bingy and we’ll help put it right — rebooking where we can, and releasing any held payment back to you.
