Cancelling
You can cancel through bingy in one message and bingy takes it to the business for you. Each business sets its own terms — bingy does not publish them yet, so ask and bingy will get you the answer in writing before you commit.
If a business cancels on you
bingy tells you the moment it hears, and comes back with the closest real alternative it can find. It will not quietly move you to someone you did not choose.
Disputes
If a provider cancels on you or a service isn’t delivered as described, tell bingy and we’ll help put it right — rebooking where we can, and going back to the business with you.
